Teaming

We have a win2k server with a sysprep image on which we've installed the compaq teaming adapter software. The box has 6 interfaces, 2 internal 3163, and a quad port NIC 2 x 3134 and 2 x 3135 ports. the 2 internal ports are teamed with the 2 x 3134 ports in failover mode. The problem we have is that we cannot ping either of the gateways on either of the teamed interfaces. All are set to 100Meg full duplex.
If the teaming software is removed, the interfaces can ping gateways and other addresses. Do you have any ideas on this one. Thanks.

I have the same on a 2000 DL320 with 2 internal 3163.
