Terminal Server Session Disconnect. HELP!
We are having a DL 380 windows 2003 server R2 edition configured as a Terminal Server.
We have thin clients logging to this server.
Recently we had an event where, all the session dropped out and connected back immediately.
Looked at the event log, did not find any server shutdowns.
Did not find any hardware failures on the server.
Found Log and Log Off Messages on the security log.
Thinking that it may have something to do with the NIC card that we are using.
the NIC cards are NC380T DP Card and HPNC373i Multifunction DP card.
Can anybody provide some light on how to further debug this issue and what sort of information Should I provide?
Any experience in problems like this is much appreciated?
We are really desperate to nail this down .
Thanks
Arvin

Re: Terminal Server Session Disconnect. HELP!
hi
first update driver for NICs to the latest
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=15351&prodSeriesId=1121516&swItem=MTX-9e431a4743034de288c653fcba&prodNameId=3288134&swEnvOID=1005&swLang=8&taskId=135&mode=5
after that use this MS hotfix for TOE/RSS issues which are related with RDP
