The Fault Tolerant Power Supplies have lost redundancy for the specified chassis

We continue to receive the above message from Compaq XE, stating that a particular server is having this issue. This server has the 5.10 Agents installed on it. If we go to Start/Programs/Compaq System Tools/Compaq Power Supply Viewer. The Unit is at 49% and it states that This power subsystem has redundant power available.
Why do we continue to receive these error messages?
