the license of RDP on BL20p

In recent, I encouraged a license issue that the customer cannot use the entire license, but they have bought 3x8 users of licenses and 21 x BL20pG3 servers, only 8 computers was recognized on RDP. from DHCP, all of server's ilo and NIC1 has got ip address. the reinstall and hotfix has been apply on it, but the problem still persist. who have this experience on it, could share to pubic?

Have you registered all the licenses you bought in the RDP system?
