I have not worked with a G10 GL380 but if it shows clock issues I would replace the CMOS battery, clear the CMOS and then enter the BIOS and set to default values. If it still fails to boot there may be other hardware issues. You need to eliminate the obvious, like poor connections, so reseating all connectors is a good precaution.
