Trouble with installing W2K03 on a ML-150 G3

Hello!

I am not able to install Windows 2003 Server on a ML 150 G3. The Installation needs after pushin F6 a floppy disk. The ML 150 has not a Floppy or a Floppy connector on Board. I have no USB-Floppy but i have an USB-Stick. Can i install the SATA-Raid Driver with an USB-Stick? For this server is no Mainenance or smarstart disk available.
