Hi, we all know that Gen8s with the exception of the DL580 Gen8, can boot into UFEI. Is there any other way to circumvent the BIOS limitation or any other option, other than replacing the server to a Gen9 or a Gen10?

So you state that they can boot into UEFI, but not in what way the UEFI BIOS limits you. 
Sorry to have to respond to your question, with another question. But, whats limiting you or what do you want to achieve?
