UID keeps flashing

I have 2 DL380 G3's that the blue UID lights keep blinking, pressing the button doesn't turn them off.

I figured it out, I reseated the power supplies and they quit blinking

AFAIK a blinking UID LED means that the system is remote controlled via ILO.
