Unable to download HP Service Pack for ProLiant for under warranty DL360P gen8 server

Am attempting to download recently released HP Service Pack for ProLiant SPP2015030.2015_0317.7.iso

I have signed in using HP Passport and have checked that HP Passport has my under warranty server listed as "under warranty"

When I click the "Obtain software" option I get:

"Access to the kiosk product denied. Product number is wrong."

I have attempted to navigate to my Product ID 666532-B21 for "DL360P gen8 server" and get this response:

"The product you selected, HP ProLiant DL360p Gen8 Server, is not supported in United States or is not a valid product. Please visit Support and Troubleshooting for a list of products supported in this country."

The product ID is correct. I have been regularly downloading drivers for this server for which "Entitlement Required" restriction applies without issue. HP ProLiant DL360p Gen8 Server is most definitely a valid product supported in United States.

SPP 2015.03 is apparently not yet available, the main page still points to 2014.09:

After looking at this thread: Re: Unable to HP Service Pack for ProLiant With Active Care Pack, I snooped around the HP ftp server and found the file in this directory here: ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib2/software1/cd-generic/p67859018/v106297/. Hope that this helps you and others find future updates!

I think if SPP is not available at http://software.hp.com then HP may have stopped it for a good but unknown reason. I would be very careful ...

It would be wise to heed Torsten's advice.

The 2015.03 was supposed to be released today, but it was held back. Updating web  pages and file locations are pretty much automated, so at times a page may show up prematurely and may take a day or so to back out.

I don't know why it was held back, just that it was.

I'll take the cautious route and wait for the ISO to become available through the normal download channel.

I think that every time HP has put up links to the new support pack in the downloads for servers, it is still a few more days before you can actually download it.

This all started when HP implemented the stupid policy of requiring active support to be able to download.  Before that, if HP listed software on a page, you wouldn't have had any problem just clicking and downloading it.

I chalk it up to some disconnect between the software actually being completed and pushed out, and some other process that actually makes that software available through the software depot which is the new step they added.

Whatever the case, from the download pages for the product you can download the individual items, if that's all you cared about or have no problem pushing them out with some other process.  It's not a nice tidy package, but you can get them all anyway.

Once the software depot does let you download it, it's a 99.9% chance it will get it from that FTP link posted in this thread.

It seems that the Service Pack has been reuploaded now donning the name of SPP2015.4 instead of SPP2015.3.
