Unexpected Shutdown on ML310 G4

We are getting intermittent unexpected shutdowns on our new proliant server. It is running Windows 2003 Small Business Server. There are no other errors in the event log except the messages about an unexpected shutdown. I have checked and updated Bios, drivers.

have you tried reseating components?
like power supplies
cables
processors
...
use another power source
another PDU

I will download this morning and verify. I believe I have an earlier version of the support pack. We have tried other power source, even moved to a different location. It had rebooted twice since I first posted so I'll update as soon as I check firmware and drivers again. thanks.
