Unhappy with DL360 Gen9 Provisioning - the URL's it tells me to visit are dead?!
Writing in anger at the moment so please forgive my tone but we just dropped over $40k for two servers and have issues right out of the box. The link on the documentation that is supposed to register the server to passport redirects me to the consumer site for registering printers and consumer junk like that. Ok once I figured that out and found the 'create passport' link on my own I headed over to www.hpe.com/go/InsightOnline like I am told to and I get this message:
There are no documents registered for the subject you requested (go/InsightOnline). (1)
So 40,000 and you can't be bothered to make sure things are correct before shipping? Now I have to waste time writing this and looking for the links myself? I don't have this issue with Lenovo servers.
Shoddy. Just shoddy.

Again forgive me what what is the correct URL that I should be going to since hpe.com/go/InsightOnline was moved and you couldn't be bothered to create a 301 or 302 link.

Re: Unhappy with DL360 Gen9 Provisioning - the URL's it tells me to visit are dead?!
This is frustrating for all of us. When the companies split late last year a massive program was put in place to get everything moved from hp.com to hpe.com. Unfortuanetly there are still some products in the channel that have software that points back to hp.com. I have forwarded you frustration to the Intelligent Provisioning group, they understand and are verifying the next release of the Intelligent Provisioning product contains all the correct URLs. The correct URL is www.hpe.com/info/InsightOnline
In many cases you can just replace hp.com with hpe.com in the URL. InsightOnline is not one that falls under the simple URL replacement

Dflood, Google is your friend. Entering "hp InsightOnline" (no space in the name) into Google returned http://www.hpe.com/info/insightonline/explore as the top result, then click the red "Access Insight Online" button.
