Unknown device (?)

In only one of our 16 Proliant 380 G5 (all of them identical hardware), I see two devices named as "SCSI Controller" under "Other devices" (yellow ‘?’ sign) from "Computer Management/Device Manager". I've successfully installed “HP Firmware Maintenance 8.50” and “HP SmartStart 8.20”.

Any idea why I see this unknown devices only in one of several identical servers?
