Updating NIC Driver on NC series psp 7.9, 7.91 & 8 wont update

Hi I am having a problem every time i try and install the NIC driver NC-Series it fails and tell me to check th install log, can some tell me where the install log is and why it is doing this on all 3 versions of psp 7.0, 7.91 and 8

We have quite a few of these machines doing this

did you updated the nic firmware?

If you done this, if the nics are in a team , you must dissolve the team and try

if again not, try to disable TOE & RSS from NCU(if running win 2003) and try manual driver update...

what if you uninstall the ones you have right now and test the ones from Broadcom website some people say they work for NC373i

Hi Lloyd,

try downgrading to one of the following drivers at time and i am sure atleat one two shud work

Version: 2.8.22.0 (18 Dec 2006)

Version: 3.0.7.0 (26 Mar 2007)

And let me the know OS ver 32bit 64 bit etc if need further assistance.

HI. unable to downgrade the software and when it still doesnt update the drivers when I dissolve the team. (fails on the install as soon as i click on Install)

The Broadcom drivers also failed to install

Has anyone been able to resolve this issue? This has been occuring on a few different cluster enviroments.
