upgrade an BL30p linux server

Hi

I need to update the qla driver BIOS to version 1.43. right now it has 0.34. where can i download the new one from and how do i upgrade it. we had the bios on a floppy and tried to boot from it(win95 diskette) but it just hangs there and wont allow us to upgrade the bios with this win floppy.
