Upgrade Memory module in Server

I am having trouble with upgrade of more memory modules in a HP PROLIANT DL 380 G5 SERVER.

OPR windows 2003.

memory slot: dimm 1A,2C,3A,4C are in use with each 512MB.

when i use memory slot: dimm 5B,6D,7B,8D for upgrading of memory, i receive this message when server starts up

207- invalid memory configuration mismathed dims within bank b of bank d.

please help

exactly, wich memories have you inserted in slot 5 to 8 ?
