Upgrade of Proliant ML 350 G2 1266

Hi

Just a question please. Is it possible to buy new motherboard / proc / memory for 2 ageing Proliant ML350 (P3 1.266 Ghz) ?

Can it be purchased by HP/Compaq ?

Maximum supported Processor Speed 1.4GHZ (259594-001) with same system board.
Memory 163902-001 1GB, 159227-001 512MB,
System Board 249930-001, and Server Future board 249933-001.
