Upgrade options for ML370 G2 Box

I do have one Proliant ML370 G2 Server runs Exchange 2003. Is there any posibilty of replacing it's P3 M/B with a newer one and a processor? I'd like to use the same box with other hardware. What board and processor would fit in the box? I really appreciate any advice.

I do not see a answer to my question in the said document. I'm looking for a compatible MOBO+Processor that I can put in the box replacing the G2 board/processor.

The guts from a Prolaint ML370 G3 will fit straight in, since they use the same case.

But its hardly worth the effort.
