UPS Software v1.81 does not work with 6 Serial ports card

Hi,

We are using a 6 Serial ports card connected to the UPS R3000.
The first server connects and find the serial port COM1 with no problems, but when we connect a second server to the UPS, when the software is ran the COM1 is not recognised so it is not working.
do you know if there is any new version of software?

As the information by you the software you have is v1.81 but it shows me on same page to be ver 1.1. Do check link for same information

Hi,

I'm still having problems using the Compaq Power Management Server to use it with a Compaq Proliant 6500 with Windows 2000 connected to the UPS RX3000, when this UPS has a 6 serial ports card attached.

Following the installations steps, the serial port is not detected and therefore does not work. I tried to connect the serial cable to ports #2 #4 # 6 but with not good results.

Could you help me?
