Re: US Robotic USB Modem Causes Blue Screen (0x000000CA)
Make sure that you have up-to-date BIOS on the server. According the the "revision history" at the following link there have been updates for issues with USB on the ML370G2 as far back as August 2002.
http://h18023.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/19815.html
This BIOS is dated 10/31/2003.
I hope this helps.

Re: US Robotic USB Modem Causes Blue Screen (0x000000CA)
As the ML370 G2 only has two USB ports, how have you configured the 3 modems?
If you are using a USB hub does this provide power to the USB devices or is it simply a passive device? There are issues with hubs which do not provide power.
Also what type of US Robotics modems are you installing, i.e. exactly what model.
Thanks,
Brian

Re: US Robotic USB Modem Causes Blue Screen (0x000000CA)
We're using a powered usb hub for 2 modems and the other usb port for the 3rd modem. We have also tried an internal 4 port usb PCI card. And both methods generate the same problem ?

Re: US Robotic USB Modem Causes Blue Screen (0x000000CA)
US Robotics' website shows the following USB models:
002605-00
005605-00
USR5633A
USR265633A
Which do you have?
If 2605, firmware upgrade here:
http://www.usr.com/support/product-template.asp?prod=2605
If 5605, firmware upgrade here:
http://www.usr.com/support/product-template.asp?prod=5605
If 5633 or 265633, drivers here:
