Usable Memory is half of the install memory

Usable Memory is half of the install memory

I have configured my HPE DL380 Gen10 Server with 128GB memory ,however the usable RAM is 64GB only. please could you assist me how fix this issues?

Thay way you ca make sure that the DIMSS are well distributed to each processor, should your server have 2 processors.

Also, try to get the server to the latest firmware.
