USB Flash Drive Size

When using a flash drive to do a firmware update, is there a maximum size the drive can be?

I have tried with 4GB key and it works but beyond that I have not tried.

AFAIR yes, at least for the older versions of the USB key creator tool (maybe 32GB?). Don't know about the current version.
