Video Driver for ML155 ProLiant Server using Windows XP

I'm having some issues trying to install XP on a ProLiant ML115 G5 Server, I'm just doing this because my client wants it so hard.

I can't find the Video Driver, I've installed the NVIDIA Chipset drivers with no results, can anyone help me on this?
