Virtualisation on DL380 G5

Hello Guys i have the above mentioned server which i want virtualise. I have enable intel virtualisation technology in my bios and when i try start one of the virtual machines i'm getting a response that hypervisor is not running and that i should enable virtualisation on the processor which i thought i had done. What else do i need to do?
