Thanks for the reply.

Actually, and as I said above, I already downloaded the sum files of stencils in the link you provided (http://www.sisp.hp.com/SISP/LoginFrame.tcl?area=stencils&doc=info/VisioStencils). It was a very nice support from HP site to give HP partners to use spcecial stencils for HP products to make their life easier.

What I asked is stencils for the latest models. I received once few weeks ago a proposal from HP presales team which include Proliant servers in visio file, and one of them was ML370 G3. It was a very neat and professional proposal. We already uses Visio in our proposals many years ago, but in my department (systems & servers) we were VERY hungry for HP stencils to use it in our diagrams and offers.

I ask you any of the following:
- if G3 servers stencils ARE
included in zipped files in the link you provided, please tell me how to locate them. Since I searched them one by one but couldn't find any G3 servers stencils in them.
- or provide us with a URL or a link to a page with downloadable links for G3 servers.

There isn't one I haven't found at the following website. There are various zipped sets. They should all be in the legacy sets. We have all kinds of Proliant servers old and new and found everything I needed in here.

Compaq Proliant ML570

and one other one that I can't get the official name for but it appears to be some sort of COMPAQ storage rack that has individual 72.8 GB ULTRA 320 SCSI thingys.

This thread is over 8 years old. Not sure Mark is following this thread (though I checked and he does still appear to work for HP.

Anyway, all our Visios can be found over at Visio Cafe now.

I checked and the ML570 is there under the "HP-ProLiant" download in a stencil called HP-ProLiant-ML-classic.

As far as the storage array goes, you need to give me a model number to really help. If it says Modular Storage Array on the front, then thats an "MSA".
If you can find a part number on the unit itself or the serial number, then an HP person can look it up internally to find the model. Though going all the way back to the Compaq days I cannot promise anything.
