W2003 Enterprise not recognize 9GB RAM memory

Hi,

we have a DL580 G2 server with 9GB RAM memory.
Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition server is installed but just can see 3.5G.B.

Insight Manager sees 9437184 KB memory but in Windows 2003 TaskManager just sees 3.5GB

Do you know how can I change that?

I reviewed the BIOS options and Advanced Memory Protection Advanced ECC support is selected.
I'd appreciate any help you could give me

Do you have the PAE switch in the boot.ini file?

This machine also has the option for mirrored memory. Is this enabled?
The truth is out there, but I forgot the URL..
