W2K3 installation issue

After installing Windows Server 2003 on a Proliant ML330 G3 with an 1+0 ATA IDE raid array setup consisting of four WD 160 GB hard drives, I get the error message "A disk read error occurred, Press Ctrl_Alt+Del to restart".
It seems that for some reason the system will not boot into the array.
Can anyone help shed some light on this for me?

Geez... never mind.
The system rom was D15 alright, but of the wrong date. Flashing the BIOS to the newest issue fixed the problem.
