What is the supported System Management Tools for ML110?

hi, i heard that both IM7 and SIM doesn't support ML110, why? Does this mean that these servers do not support any form of manageability or supported in some other 3rd party tools? If any, what is the name and What mechanism used, why is it different with im7 and sim?
