The 'Integrated Management Log' is not a file in the filesystem--it is held in NVRAM in the hardware. With the PSP installed, you can view the contents of the IML with the 'hplog' utility for scrolling output or 'hpimlview' for a curses or Xwindows interface. Since it is in NVRAM, the IML is available even without the systems powered on by accessing it through iLO.
