SolutionThere are two possibilities:
1) You may have wrong SCSI Point to Point Cable installed -- Such as Ultra Wide Cable instead of LVD Cable -- Give us a call and we can ship SCSI LVD 30" Point-to-point Part #163351-001 -- This is a desposable part (Meaning nothing to return)
2) Also it could be an agent problem. Try upgrading agents by installing current PSP (Proliant Support Paq)
