Win2003 on an old Compaq DL360 - Is my method good ?

Hello,

I need to install Win2003 on an old Compaq DL360 (beige front).
Each time we tried the install, the server freezed just before changing to graphic mode installation.

I finally (many tries) successfully installed Win2003 srv on this old DL360 compaq server.
The method is:
1. Download SP16417.exe to generate SCSI RAID driver
2. Use 5.5 SmartStart CD to configure RAID
3. Boot on Win2000 server CDROM and press F6 to use the disk generated on point 1
4. Install Win2000 server
5. Upgrade Win2000 server to win2003 server (be carefull : must be the same language)

But now I need to install this server through a RIS (NetInstall is used by my company), so:
1. Is there another installation method (directly with Win2003 CDROM)
2. Is it possible to generate a kind of driver disk after a Win2003 install to send it to the company headquater, so that tey can integer this driver to the RIS

Thx for your answers and sorry for my english (French)
