Windows 2012 and multifunction NICs

With Windows 2012 including native VLAN and nic teaming, HP Network Configuration Utility has been deemed obsolete and will not install on w2012. This makes sense, mostly.

I have a few server with multifunction NICs (NC373T NC382T). With NCU gone how can I utilize NIC’s “multifunction” features ? How can I setup the “iSCSI device” ?

This is a show stopper for multiple upgrades to windows2012 for me
