Windows API for UID light?

I'd like to have my server software turn on (or off) the UID light. Is there a documented API for this?

U can use iLO for turn on an off UID for the server.

Yes, I can. But iLO is a user interface, not an API. I want to control the light programatically. I'm sorry if my question wasn't clear to you.
