Windows freeze
Hi!
I've got some problems on a NT4 SP6 a server. Sometimes when i start DOS or Explorer windows they just freeze for no reason. I cant kill them from the taskmanager and the only way is to restart the server. Have you heard of this before?
NT4 SP6a
Smartstart 5.20
Progress database 9.1c
Pcanywhere 10.5 (have also tried ver. 8)

Good Day,
Have you updated your Sys BIOS, System configuration, Support PAQ. If you have then run diags and watch the results. To me it seems more like a SW issue then the HW issue. If you need further assistance please call 1-800-ok-compaq
