Windows Server 2008 downgrade to Windows Server 2003

Hi all,
I have a new server HP ProLiant ML350 G6. We are trying to downgrade from Windows Server 2008 to Windows Server 2003. While in the installing process, we are having blue screen and below is the error message:

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Technical information:
*** STOP: 0x0000000A(0x00000010,0x00000002,0x00000000,0x805527BC)

Please advice me on the above issue. Your help is highly appreciated.

Hi,

I've seen the same problem - use W2K3 R2 and all will work fine.

Not sure but I believe it may be related to the new Intel Inter-CPU connect and the fact that base W2K3 doesn't have support for it..
