Windows Server 2025 Standard license ROK

Good evening

HL 380 Gen 11 Server - Windows Server 2025 Standard License ROK

I would like to know if I can downgrade the ROK license to Windows Server 2022 Std.

We intend to install Windows Server 2022 Std on the server and in the future upgrade to Windows Server 2025.

I don't even know where to request the license downgrade. Can you help?
