xeon e5-2650l v2 in ml350p gen8 (652065-B21)

hi,

can i use e5-2650l v2 10 core cpu in a proliant ml350p gen8?

do i have to use it in pairs? ark.intel.com lists it als 2s (socket) only.

product id is 652065-B21

i have bios version p72 07/01/2015 on the server

updated bios to p72 05/21/2018 still not working

no event in ilo event log or iml

system health critical, bios/hardware health failed

any suggestions? found ml350p gen8 with these processors in auctions on ebay - fake? wrong specs?
