xw8000 with PCI Adpater card keyed only at 5Volts(33Mhz)

Hi,

For a xw8000, it states here that it has the following expansion slots :
PCI-X=1 slot (64-bit/133-MHz)
PCI-X=2 slots (64-bit/100-MHz)
PCI=2 slots (32-bit/33-MHz)

Anyone can confirm that a PCI Adpater card keyed only at 5Volts(33Mhz) be used here.

Yes, you can install the card, but if you have the AGP card installed in the box, use the furthest PCI slot to allow the video card space to cool.
