212-Processor 1 Failed / error message

Attention Proliant 3000 6/300Mhz experts, I get 2 error messages on my proliant server during boot.

212-Processor 1 Failed
212-Processor 2 Failed

The server does not seem to be affected though, Win2k Server detects 2 processors and it seems stable (tested without any real load) over the last couple of days. This is a newly aquired server built from several other shells of the same model. As I can find no documentation for the 300 or 333Mhz models of this server I can find no listing on this error code or what to do to fix it.
Any ideas?
