Adding hard disk drive to LH4 Server

Hi!
I have a LH4 server with five SCSI LVD/SE 9.1GB hard drives configured in a RAID-5 array on the Integrated NetRAID Controller with Novell Netware 5.1 OS. How do I add another hard disk (identical as the others) into the RAID array without loosing the existing data?
