ASR reboot DL380 G4 without errors

Hi there, I have a problem at the moment with my DL380 G4. This system restarts once a day because of the ASR - but there are no problems with this system. No entries in the IML or the system eventlogs, everything looks fine! Has someone an idea? Configuration: OS W2K3 SP1 with all available MS hotfixes. BIOS P51 12/02/04
