Automatic power on on ML310

Hi all,
Just installed a ML310 G3 with Linux, but a wierd thing keeps happenning. If I shutdown the server wtih "shutdown -h now", the server powers down.
Then after a few seconds, it powers on again automaticaly.
Starting power down by pressing the power switch has the same result.
ASR is disabled. Enabling it causes no change in behaviour.
Any ideas?
