Compaq Smart Array 221 - how to configure under FreeBSD

Hi,

I've inherited a Compaq Proliant 8500R and I'm having trouble trying to get the hard drives configured on the Smart Array 221 when installing FreeBSD 5.4.

I've downloaded the SmartStart version 5.5 for this server but it will not boot with this cdrom. Can anyone help me out with how to get the drives configured?
