DL160 gen8, No boot with v2 CPU and latest BIOS

Hi,

We got 2 DL160 gen8 servers.

I am truing to install v2 CPUs.
1st server is ok, I was able to install E5-2630v2
2nd server didn't boot with v2 CPU.
Both servsers got latest bios.
System ROM - J03 08/02/2014

BUT
1st server - System ROM Bootblock - 03/05/2013 - this one is working with v2
2nd server - System ROM Bootblock - 03/11/2012 - this one didn't :(

Force System ROM upgarde didn't help.

Is there a way to update System ROM Bootblock?
