DL360 G4 Remote Installation Service (RIS) problems

I have a RIS image that works fine for DL360 G3's. When i try to install a G4 i get the following - "the operating system image you selected does not contain the necessary drivers for your network adapter".

i have copied the q57win32.* to the i386 directory of my cd based image. i also have added the location of the drivers to my .sif DriverSigningPolicy = Ignore, OemPnpDriversPath = "my path". I still can't get the drivers working in text mode
