DL380-G4 Blue Screen Error code 000000d1

I have a DL380 G4 that blue screens now and again with the following error info:

Error code 000000d1, parameter1 00000000, parameter2 00000007, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 f5b1f7d6.

Can anyone help with this one?

SQL2000 Enterprise

While this may not describe your condition exactly it may have some bearing.

Try setting the speed and duplex on the switch ports and setting the speed and duplex for the NIC's to match, rather than using auto negotiate.
