Errors and management with Microserver

Is there any way to remotely see errors with the Microserver Gen10? (In-band?) Or manage it?

I did not buy the Integrated Lights-Out (iLO) enablement kit.

Windows 2019 1909 installed.

Now I know why this is a cheap server.
