Event ID 5774 Netlogon error

Hi,
I kept getting this netlogon error, for some reasons I could not be able to get rid of it. it pops up about every 5 minutes or an hour. I did lookup technet and google for this event 5774 error.

NO WINS in the lan only DHCP on the router.

sever configuration: SQL, EXCHANGE, AD, QUICKBOOK, and IIS.

Any help would be appreciate it.
