HELP - proliant 5000 needing fresh install

I have a proliant which developed an array problem.

I am wanting to do a fresh install.

The system has 4 9.1 hot swap discs
smart 2/p raid array

the server does not see any drives but sees the controller

In the config programs i cannot view / alter the array (which i guess i need to do before i can proceed)

This has driven me mad all day!

any clues?

Hi Keith,

Are you using the latest SmartStart discs? Have you booted from them? Have you got the latest BIOS and ROMPaqs? Is your system partition still working? Are any of the drives bad? Have you tried swaping them from one bay to another?
