How to disjoin or remove a Hard Disk from Raid 5 safely ??

I have ML370 Server with 641 Controller, and 4 HDDs in Raid 5 Configured. I want to add one more HDD to the server and make it Mirror Raid. For that how do I can safely remove one HDD from Raid 5 array for my New array? Please help.

If you remove a hard disk drive in the Raid5 setup, Raid would go to degraded state, You would be able to add a disk to RAID 5 however it is not possible to remove one disk drive.

Best way is to backup data and recreate the logical drive
