How to install NT4

On a TC2120. I have a requirement to do this. Are their any issues except for the fact that their will be no CD to do this ?

I assume that I will be able to find drivers for the hardware on HP web site ?

Cheers

Re: How to install NT4

Yup I know that but that shouldn't stop me installing on this box. Should it ? At the end of the day I could go down to Mr hardware shop & buy a supported SCSI controller and install on that. I would like to know if there are any known gotchas ?

Thank you for the reply tho'

Re: How to install NT4

There were no NT drivers written specifically for the TC2120... just download the NIC drivers prior... I am sure NT will need the disks.

Just to Clarify,
I download the NIC drivers and that should be all ?

Scott:

Once you have a bare bones install of the O/S... and the NIC is connected to the world, you can download any other "needed" drivers from the net. My policy is that I try to have the NIC drivers in hand prior to a build just in case the O/S does not truely detect the NIC... the rest is cake once it is connected to the internet.

G'luck!
